As we have large numbers of orders to process daily it is difficult to constantly check emails, if customers email us to change delivery addresses we may have already sent out orders and are unable to change details. We deliver to the UK and most countries in Europe (see below), as well as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey & United Arab Emirates
Rest of Europe - We deliver to the following European countries:

Austria, Azores, Bulgaria, Belgium, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Madeira, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spitsbergen, Sweden.
If your country is not listed above, we don't currently deliver there.

What if my parcel does not arrive?
Please contact Customer Services on info@lamodauk.com and we can investigate further, and if necessary action a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that this can take up to 21 days to process the claim with the carrier.


UK Saver £3  -  Up to 7 working days   

Republic of Ireland    - 3 working days if ordered before 4.00pm    £10

Europe - 5 –-10 working days. Maximum 5 items per order    £10

USA & Canada - 7 –-14 working days. Maximum 5 items per order    £12

Australia - 7 –-14 working days. Maximum 5 items per order     £12

New Zealand - 7 – - 14 working days. Maximum 5 items per order     £12

United Arab Emirates - 7 –-14 working days. Maximum 5 items per order    £12

Please note, for UK and Republic of Ireland orders, these prices are constant regardless of the size of the parcel.

For deliveries to the US, orders may be limited to £200.
For all other international deliveries there is a maximum of 5 items per order.
We may change these restrictions from time to time.
